[Modesto, CA] – Rosalia Gonzales Lost Her Life, Ran Over by MID Truck on Yosemite Boulevard
MID Truck Runs Over Rosalia Gonzales on Yosemite Boulevard Killing Her
December 14, 2020 – Rosalia Gonzales, age 60, passed away on Tuesday. Moreover, the lady was killed after she was hit by a Modesto Irrigation District truck on Yosemite Boulevard at the Stop N Save on Riverside Dr.
Initially, spokesperson Sharon Bear of the Modesto Police Department said that Ms. Gonzales was leaning on the truck’s front bumper. However, the truck operator did not notice anyone there due to the height of the truck and started moving.
Unfortunately, it is not known whether Ms. Gonzales tried to move out of the way or not. Nor, it is known how long she had been there before it started moving. However, she was run over by the huge truck and killed.
Also, Detective Bear said drugs nor alcohol were factors in the accident.
In The Aftermath
Additionally, Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office Detective Steve Nunes mentioned that the victim’s last known address was in Modesto. However, she is believed to have been homeless.
Furthermore, Detective Nunes was unable to find any other family members related to Ms. Gonzales. Likewise, he is asking for anyone with information about the family to contact the Coroner’s Office at 209-567-4480.
