Luciano Henderson Killed in Skateboard Accident on Main Street, Suspect in Custody
December 30, 2020 – Luciano Henderson, age 11, was killed on Sunday morning at around 6 A.M. Moreover, police arrested Nicolas Gonzalez, age 25, of Hesperia in a skateboard related accident on Main Street and Balsam Avenue.
Upon arrival, rescue officials located the boy who was suffering from fatal injuries. However, the involved driver drove away from the scene after the incident.
Later, sheriff’s deputies identified Mr. Gonzalez as the driver involved in the hit-and-run crash. As a result, they arrested him while the involved vehicle was found parked at a local business in the city of Riverside.
Then, they booked him at the West Valley Detention Center for a felony violation. Likewise, for fleeing the scene of a collision, which resulted in serious bodily injury or death.
Subsequently, Main Street was closed for several hours. Still, it was reopened after the investigation was completed.
